Switzerland - Revised Corporate Law

On January 1, 2023, Switzerland’s new corporate law entered into effect. Major changes have been introduced for Limited Liability Companies (Sociétés Anonymes), pertaining to compensation for administrators, flexible capitalization, representation tresholds for women and men in larger corporations, and transparency obligations in the raw materials sector.  

Make sure to check if your company’s Articles of Association and your corporate practices comply with these changes.
